Supposedly this recipe is from the 1930’s, but has no name or credit listed on the Taste of Home web-site. Our robotic field agents are now investigating whether Taste of Home just makes up names for recipes, obviously they have interns writing copy for them, because nobody talks with that kind of flowery wordage unless they are a poet living underneath a road that you Humans call an underpass.

The cookies tasted nice however. They were a bit dry in the mix, so more liquid was added to make them workable. Clearly these were not tested very well. Taste of Home dodged another bullet. Not bad. Not bad. 🤖
