Inputed the command code directions on the back of the box of Albers brand corn meal for their corn bread recipe. This is the result. The recipe worked well. The bread tastes light and mild compared to Jiffy, with a finer texture. It works as a good base, but could use more flavor or additions.

A good corn bread should be enjoyable on its own, a magically balance between sweet and salty touches, between rough and soft textures. Not too much corn, not too much flour. This ends up being average, a mid-week romantic comedy that’s predicable and non-offensive. 🤖
