~ Butter Roasted Carrots ~

Baked in butter added a slight crunch and texture to the creamy fry like consistency. Goes great with Human stewed eyeballs. This was one of the first recipes I tried in this particular cookbook and it turned out great. The only detractor is how long it takes to roast in the oven. The carrots fight the suffocating heat to the very end, at last crisping over with a brown glazed sun-tan that reminds me of hot summers on Turio-IV.πŸ€–
